Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your eco-friendly door product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Not be damaged, altered, or modified
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Please contact us to discuss options for custom orders.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by warranty may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund according to the terms of the warranty. Warranty claims are separate from our standard return policy and may have different terms and conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase

Exchanges
